My Name is Christian Clayton, I returned home to Maine in 2006 to live life the way it should be. Meadow & Maple was born on 12 wooded acres here on the rocky coast of Maine. We raise laying chickens, 2 geese named Vern and Irene, four lovely, well cared for dairy goats named Ginger, Doris, Darla and Baby, and two rescue dogs named Charli and Faye. We also have over 200 proud Maple trees that are hand-tapped each Spring for pure and sweet Syrup. My career as a 5-star Chef led me to create wonderful products from this land. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do.
