Lemon Blush

$3.00

Sweet, lemon-yellow fruits with a salmon-pink blush, Thorburn’s Lemon Blush is a historic beefsteak tomato with exceptional flavor. Originally developed by Elbert Carman and introduced in Thorburn’s catalog in 1893, this variety was renamed Lemon Queen in 1912 and fell into obscurity. Rescued by seed expert William Woys Weaver, it’s now exclusively available through Baker Creek. Juicy, nearly coreless, with tropical fruit notes and a perfect acidity balance, this heirloom gem is a must for any seed bank or garden!
